To Wana RV and perspective buyers,
I want to say thanks for all your help with the purchase and acquisition of our brand new travel trailer.
We had the pleasure of dealing with all the people at Wana RV. Your web-site is fantastic and has so many trailers to choose from. We really liked the up-front pricing and the no pressure sales approach. Also your quick (usually the same day) response to our numerous e-mails was greatly appreciated. While deciding which trailer was best for us, We were sent a detailed quote on each model we were interested in, fast as I could ask for them.
Once the decision was made we were able to modify the quote by taking out the options that we didn't need and add in the options that suited us, this saved us even more money combined with the already low price.
To all Canadians,
Making such a large purchase in another country can be a little unnerving, but with Wana RV it was easy as pie.
They have ALL your paper work ready to go for the return border crossing. It only took us approx. 20 min. to go Through customs, that included everything. At the border you will be required to pay the GST (5%) portion of the HST. Once home we registered the trailer online with RIV (riv.ca), paid the fee of $220 which includes your Canadian Certification at Canadian Tire. After the trailer passes it's safety you can then license it at your local license bureau where you will have to pay the provincial (8%) portion of the HST. THAT'S IT!
This is a photo from our last trip, a weeklong stay at Balsam Lake Provincial Park. Our next trip is to Darien Lake.
They have trailers available to rent but we like ours so much were brining it with us. Sometimes we just camp in our own driveway. Camping in an RV is the best money your family will ever spend.

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Crossroads Cruiser from Wana RV. We can't say enough about what a GREAT place it is to do business. We decided to deal with Wana RV because of their pricing and we left there much more impressed with the way they treated us.
Even though they are located 4.5 hours from our home in Wisconsin we felt comfortable enough talking to JoLisa on the phone that we decided to travel to Indiana. JoLisa answered all of our questions open and honestly, and even suggested we stay away from certain upgrades that we may not benefit from, there was no pressure at all.
We finally decided on what we wanted and placed our order. We picked up our new camper May 7th. We were traveling from Wisconsin and our appointment was set for 8:00 a.m. As it turned out we had some issues which caused us to be late for our appointment. We finally arrived at 11:30. At that time they were taking care of another customer. We were hungry so Gary told us to take his Lincoln to get some lunch while they installed hitch equipment on our truck. When we returned we got right in for our walk through with the camper. Their service department men, Kerry and Brian, took their time while explaining everything thoroughly to us. It was overall a very positive experience. We love our new camper and recommend Wana RV to anybody looking for RV equipment or service.

Want to thank you and your staff for making the purchase of our ECO an easy experience. We were apprehensive about importing it into Canada but you assured us that all the papers were in order and we wouldn't have any problems. You were right, it was a breeze.

Hi,
I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you that we are still very satisfied customers. We purchased our Kodiak 23TT from you a little over a year ago and have had no longings for anything different. It has served us well at 8 different locations in four different state. We still show it to anyone who will look and also tell them what a pleasure it was dealing with you and your wife at Wana RV.
We just returned from a 2000 mile trip to 3 locations over a 9 day period. Here is a picture of us whitewater rafting in the Smokey mountains.

Just a quick note from the road to say "Mahalo Nui Loa!!" (that's Thanks Very Much!) for all of your help with the purchase of our new Kokiak travel trailer. Being from Hawaii, we obviously knew VERY little about the whole RV world, and your helpful guidance and suggestions made our decision making much easier. Transacting a major purchase across an ocean and half of a continent was scarry, but you really came through for us, and the whole process was amazingly calm and pain free in the end. The accessories you advised us to purchase have worked out wonderfully through these first few thousand miles of our mainland adventure, and we have been very pleased with everything. The staff at Wana RV really came through for us, and I towed the rig away from your front door feeling confident and relaxed. Thanks for making this whole experience truly special. It's a wonderful trailer, just as you promised it would be and it suits us very well. We really appreciate the way you go above and beyond to treat your customers right. We still think that you offer a great service in the way you work personally with the buyer. We know that you are growing as a dealer and branching out with added members to your sales team, but we like knowing that you are willing and able to communicate directly with us. We appreciate how prompt you are at replying to us through emails, too. We always know that if we need anything, you will reply within the day instead of leaving us waiting for a response. You have definitely earned our highest recommendations with the way you have treated us in our search for the perfect camper. We are really thrilled with our Zinger; we think this time we finally hit it right! The layout of this unit is ideal for our family - it is just so roomy and that makes a huge difference when you experience less than ideal weather...something that can be counted on in Indiana! We love that we can all be in the camper stretched out watching a movie, playing games and coloring at the table or- as the boys were this morning- racing cars across the floor and still be able to move around without being in one another's way. We even have room for our latest addition to the family- Levi, our Boston Terrior puppy. His cage has a great spot sitting on the floor beside the door to our bedroom- out of the way but still close to where everything is going on. On top of all the great room to move, we are thrilled with all the storage this camper offers. Jeremy has ample room to store all of his necessities in the outside storage area while I have cabinets to spare inside! We could easily bring along everything we need for a week long vacation and still have space to spare; even though Jeremy says I bring along everything that's not nailed down from home. We just couldn't be happier! Thanks for all you have done and know that we tell everyone about your excellent service. We know that dealers like you are a rare find from stories we hear from our camping friends and family members. Thanks for giving us nothing but good to share! We will come your way when and if our family outgrows the Zinger.

I pray you and your family are doing well. I am sorry that his message has been so long in coming. We have taken two trips in our Kodiak 23TT since picking it up. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. I have had an opportunity to use everything on the camper. Other campers at the campgrounds all want a walkthrough and are very impressed with the space and efficiency. They are double impressed when I tell them about how easy it is to purchase through WANARV. I always have to tell them about how nice your guys were and how efficient Patti was. It was indeed a pleasant experience dealing with you and your company.

I have attached a photo of our fifth-wheel and two of our daughters at the badlands of South Dakota. We had a great trip, went to Yellowstone and many other places. We really enjoyed the Ameri-Camp, had no problems.

Just a note to say how much we appreciated your helpfulness in the purchase of our 5th wheel RV. It was a pleasure doing business with you. It was a little unnerving purchasing such a large item over the internet, but after communicating with you, by e-mail and phone, we quickly gained confidence and trust. "On November 24, 2003, my wife and I took possession of our new 5th wheel from Wana RV Center in Shipshewana IN. It is so nice, that we both feel guilty for indulging in such an extravagance. The finished unit is far better than we expected. On the way home, we would sit and look at the exceptional workmanship displayed in the cabinets, the outstanding design, and the very good craftsmanship throughout. The persons that did the caulking should be commended, they did an exceptional job. Wherever a joint exists, there is a very thin caulk line without any overlap.
Lights are everywhere. Many people asked about the manufacturer while traveling home. We have the unit set up on the side of our home awaiting friends and family to inspect it. Also, we plan to show it off at the annual Qrartzsite AZ RV show in January.
Thank you very much to you and your entire staff for making such a superior product at a reasonable price!
