Heavy-duty aluminum construction using hung fiberglass for sidewalls. You will find all framing is 16" on center. The flooring is 5/8 tongue & groove plywood that is screwed and glued. The slide-outs are 37" wide and all windows will open up if you wish. The front of the unit has a slope so that it has less wind resistant. No other manufacture in this class has as much storage as the Sunset Trail. The bed is a residential size of 60" X 80" innerspring mattress where most RV beds are only 74" long. The underbelly is fully enclosed with heated holding tanks and valves. The Sunset Trail has 14" Radial tires, tinted windows, a 30" entry door, 30 lb. LP tanks are behind a storage door making a nice place on the front hitch to put a bike rack or a Honda generator.
All Sunset Trails at Wana RV come with a black tank flush, E-Z lube hubs, foot flush toilets, 40 gal holding tanks, large pass through storage, sattellite/cable ready, night shades, monitor panel, bedroom TV shelf and hook-up, raised panel kitchen cabinets, 13.5 BTU air conditioner, 6 cu. ft. refrigerator, range/oven, stove cover, microwave, drawers under dinette and bed, swing out assist rail, awning, TV antenna, CD/DVD/AM/FM surround sound stereo, 4 stabilizer jacks, spare tire and 6 gal gas/electric DSI water heater.
When sold we go through the unit very carefully. We run the A/C and the furnace, check all the appliances to make sure they work, We run water through all the plumbing and try each faucet to make sure there are no water leaks. We even getup on the roof to make sure everything is sealed the way the manufacturer wants it. Also included in our sale price is a sewage hose, water hose, battery, filled LP tanks, toilet paper, chemicals and 31 day temporary plates.
The Sunset Trail has a 2-year warranty and a 12-year warrantly on the rubber roof, where most manufactures have only a 1-year warranty.
